Sales & Reservation Policy – Villas Larimar
1. Purpose
This Sales & Reservation Policy outlines the terms for booking, payment, cancellation, and occupancy at Villas Larimar, located in Hope Hill, Saint-Martin.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Reservation
2.1 Reservation Process
A reservation can be made through:

Telephone
Partner booking platforms
A reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Villas Larimar.
2.2 Deposit
To secure your stay:
A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
3. Payment
Accepted methods of payment include:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Bank transfer
Booking platforms (subject to their conditions)
Rates include:
Accommodation
Daily housekeeping (except Sunday)
Standard villa services and amenities
Not included: optional services, additional services, and security deposit.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by the Guest
More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: The 30% deposit remains due.
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund; the full stay is due.
In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
5.2 Cancellation by Villas Larimar
In the event of exceptional circumstances making the stay impossible (natural disaster, major technical issue, force majeure), Villas Larimar will offer:
Relocation to an equivalent accommodation (subject to availability), or
A full refund of all amounts paid
No additional compensation may be claimed.
6. Property Occupancy
6.1 Maximum Capacity (as per insurance requirements)
The following maximum capacities must be strictly respected:
Villa Noé: 8 guests maximum
Villa Maé: 4 guests maximum
Exceeding capacity may result in:
Immediate termination of the stay without refund
Additional charges
Refusal of access to the villa
6.2 Parties & Events
Villas Larimar are intended for peaceful, family-oriented stays.
Parties, events, loud gatherings, or any activity likely to disturb the neighborhood are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted.
7. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional cost and subject to availability.
8. Guest Responsibility
The guest agrees to:
Use the premises peacefully and respectfully
Follow the villa’s internal rules
Report any damages occurring during the stay
Ensure proper supervision of children around the pool and jacuzzi
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas.
9. Privacy & Personal Data
Personal information collected during booking is required to manage the reservation and stay.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent and is treated in accordance with GDPR regulations.
10. Disputes
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first.
Failing that, the matter shall be brought before the competent courts of Saint-Martin.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By validating a reservation, the guest fully accepts the present Sales & Reservation Policy without restriction.
